I am a career driven Gen X woman who has worked in corporate America for over 35 years and have seen it transform into a more stressful and demanding environment every decade. What originally I found fulfillment in, through my successes in managing people and projects, has steadily become draining and overwhelming. 

 

I suddenly realized that not only was I beating up my mind and body for  companies who felt no allegiance to me, but I also was not using my own creative energy to drive my own outcomes. I suddenly woke up after years of "9-5" and decided to start a new journey and see where it leads me.
